4. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from a delivery center, we will notify you and offer to reship the order at your expense. If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will process a refund for the products, excluding the original shipping fee.

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and ensure your order is delivered or replaced.
